GENERAL

❀ I reserve the right to ask for age verification.
❀ I will only draw in my own style, no style imitation requests will be accepted.PAYMENTS
❀ Payment will be exclusively processed through VGen.
❀ Commercial Commissions: min 2x original price.
(Character Designs are excluded from this fee as it is included in the base-price.)REVISIONS
❀ Revisions must be within reason, no drastic composition-altering changes (pose, clothing, species, etc.) will be accepted past the sketch stage.
❀ Recolor is possible until rendering has been completed. I ask you to keep the changes to a minimum.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
❀ Regular work timeframe is 2 months minimum. (62 days on average.)
❀ Any deadlines must be specified by date and be compatible with the minimum work timeframe.
❀ Delivery of the completed work will be through e-mail. Please provide a valid e-mail for this purpose.USE
❀ The price listed is for personal commissions only;
Commissioners may use the digital file for local printing, avatars, wallpapers, etc., as long as there is no profit being made from it. Commissioners are prohibited from reselling or using the artwork for redistribution and external projects, i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc., unless previously agreed on.
❀ Commercial commissions are double the listed price and might be higher depending on the usage; Commissioners are allowed to make merch and make a profit with it. Please contact me for commercial commissions.
❀ Commissioners are prohibited to use my art for AI and NFT.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
❀ I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, which includes but is not limited to the reposting, display and use of the artwork for my promotion. However, I cannot profit further from the commissioned artwork.
Commissioners may buy commercial rights for an extra cost, decided upon by artist.Commissioners CANNOT claim the art as their own creation or alter it.If Commisioners wish to publish the artwork, please credit me properly @lowqualitywaifu (Twitter/X)❀ The buyer retains all rights to any original characters or ideas featured in the commissioned artwork.REFUNDS
❀ After the commission has been paid, no refund can be made, with exceptions including but not limited to:
a. While working on the Commission, I realize the request is outside of my capability and I will not be able to execute the Commissioners' idea in the best quality.
b. Any of my personal reasons that arise in the middle of the Commission process, preventing me from continuing to work.COMMUNICATION
